You can visit this site without providing your personal data. However we do use a 'cookie' which is a tiny text file to assist us with measuring traffic to the site. It contains nothing that could enable your identification. However if you are not happy about this, you may decline it and still continue to use the site. EMAIL AND CORRESPONDENCE
In the normal course of business, we may request or otherwise become aware of your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and possibly further details such as the location of your organisation, your department and/or your job title. The acquisition of such data during normal business exchange and correspondence does not require specific consent, and where such information is gathered, it would be used solely to communicate with you on a professional basis. You have the right to see, amend and/or delete all the data we might hold and we will comply as quickly as we can, and certainly within the one month timescale required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Synergos makes no charge for such requests, however we retain the right to charge for or to refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive. With the exception of requests or orders under law, we do not provide your data for use by any third party. We routinely back up data held to our cloud storage service, which is fully compliant with the GDPR.
GDPR Update: In April 2021, cookie permissions were updated with a 'decline all' option in order to comply with the new regulations in France.
